Chrysler Sebring 2004 Starter Fuse #8 Keeps Blowing?

after driving my 2004 to work, (20 minutes on highway), I park the car and then at the end of the day the car won't start, and #8 fuse is blown. (happened twiice) in a row. Service center said all they found was that the fuse was blown. Electircal diagnostics showed no other problems.
