Recalls For 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

does any one know the recalls for 2004 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5 ? The engine misfires and contrantly breaks the the engine mounts and some time violently stalls when you are driving and also loosens the radiator hose and the exhaust system that they both leak.
