Front Suspension Supposedly Bad
I have an estimate for replacing most of the front suspension of $1800. The rear brake rotors, pads and calipers were also bad according to the Goodyear Dealer. I looked at the rear brakes with the wheels off and found nothing bad. How do I tell if the suspension is bad? I know it needed alignment and a new tire. I got the new tire but they said the alignment couldn't be done until the suspension work is done. It rides nice, makes no unusual noises but still needs alignment. I have it up in the air with wheels off but can't tell if ball joints and linkage are bad. What do I look for?
