How To Get Idler Pulley Off 2003 Chrysler Sebring

having trouble getting bolt of idler pulley , pulley close to frame of car and having trouble getting to bolt , so we can replace with new idler pulley.

Usually you have to remove the front passenger side wheel and the splash shield. This will give you access to any drive belt pulleys and tensioners.
