Turn Signal Switch Question

On the 2000 Chrsyler 300M do you have to unhook the airbag and remove the steering wheel to change the turn signal switch?

Yes, you must remove the airbag and steering wheel to access the turn signal switch. Be very careful removing the airbag. You must disconnect the negative battery cable and pull the airbag fuse. Watch out for static electricity as well. It doesn't take much to trigger an airbag and they can do serious harm if they go off in your face.

There's a video on YouTube that may help you out. It shows someone removing the turn signal switch from a 2005 Chrysler, but it should give you a good idea how to remove your turn signal switch.
