1998 Chrysler Concorde Seat

The front driver seat of my 1998 Chrysler Concorde seems to be stripped out (like the cogs of a gear are missing?) and will recline with very little pressure put on the back of the seat. This is a bucket style seat with power and the color is a brown tweed type. Is there an easy fix or parts to be acquired for this issue or will an entire new or used seat need to be purchased.
