Was Double Billed; Want Response And Refund.

I am unable to speak to anyone regarding a request for refund. I sent an email last week and have had no response so I don't even know if it was received. Your customer service is bad. If I am unable to get this resolved with Chipoltle in a timely manner I will report to my bank. I was charged twice on July 13 for the same order, which by the way, had three dinners that were all wrong. The charge was $23.82 at two different stores because the online order was routed to the wrong store. I was charged there as well as the store that we always receive orders from. That store said to contact Chipoltle via customer support to get refund.

  2. You haven't indicated whether you've tried contact by phone. If not, use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/chipotle/customer-service. Or if you have, call back and (politely) ask for a manager.
  3. Complain to corporate: Use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/chipotle/Corporate%20Office..
  4. Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.

In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
