Was Double Billed; Want Response And Refund.
I am unable to speak to anyone regarding a request for refund. I sent an email last week and have had no response so I don't even know if it was received. Your customer service is bad. If I am unable to get this resolved with Chipoltle in a timely manner I will report to my bank. I was charged twice on July 13 for the same order, which by the way, had three dinners that were all wrong. The charge was $23.82 at two different stores because the online order was routed to the wrong store. I was charged there as well as the store that we always receive orders from. That store said to contact Chipoltle via customer support to get refund.

- Immediately file a dispute with your card company.
- You haven't indicated whether you've tried contact by phone. If not, use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/chipotle/customer-service. Or if you have, call back and (politely) ask for a manager.
- Complain to corporate: Use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/chipotle/Corporate%20Office..
- Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
