- Turn the ignition key to the "On" position but do not start the engine.
- Wait for the "Check Engine" light to turn off, which indicates that the ETC system is fully initialized.
- Press the gas pedal to the floor and release it three times within five seconds.
- Wait for the "Check Engine" light to start flashing, indicating that the ETC system is in calibration mode.
- Release the gas pedal and wait for the calibration to complete. The "Check Engine" light will stop flashing and the calibration is complete.
- Turn off the ignition and wait for at least 10 seconds before starting the engine.
Note that the specific procedure for calibrating the ETC system may vary depending on the make and model of your Chevrolet vehicle. It's always a good idea to consult the vehicle owner's manual or contact a certified Chevrolet technician for specific instructions.
