Did Your Car Act Up When This Code Triggered? I Hit 100,000 Miles Today, And

bam...this code showed up. I just had it in to be serviced last week, and they saw nothing related to this. Is this just a regular suggestion of something to have serviced at 100,000 miles? Or did yours actually go badly? Can I dare ask, was this expensive to replace?
