About the only small diesel powered utility van you're going to find in the USA is the Sprinter van from Mercedes. Full-size vans like the Ford Transit or Chevy Express are just not big sellers on the American market, and American manufacturers really haven't been interested in developing and certifying a diesel engine for such a small market segment.
