If Fan Clutch Is Bad Will This Cause Coolant Temperature To Go Up

Yes. If the fan clutch goes bad it will no longer pull air throught the radiator when the vehicle is stopped. Therefore the coolant flowing through the radiator will overheat causing the engine temperature to rise.
