08 Impala (no Heat)

Have no heat inside vehicle, vehicle motor temp normal. Speedmotor up to 2k Rpm heat inside will work drop to idle inside heat goes cold. Have put new tstat but did not help. Removed waterpump, but the new one feels the same, no play and same resistance to turn impalers. Have been told it could need to be bleed to get the air out of system cooling system but don't see anyway to do that. Need Help!!!!~
