Does The 2008 Chev Equinox Have Spark Plugs If So Where Are They Located

it looks like several small sires leading to each cylinder like where spark plugs would be on an older car

The Equinox does have spark plugs, but they are platinum tipped, so they will only need replacement if damaged. They can outlast the rest of the vehicle.
