2007 Chevy Tahoe Liftgate Glasss Problem

I have a 2007 Tahoe and the liftgate glass latches and the pops back open. It sounds like it is being released. If the liftgate is open, the glass will shut and stay shut, until the liftgate is shut and then the glass pops open. Anyone have any suggestions?
