I have never heard of any gas tank having a drain plug! That don't do that for safety reasons. If you want to drain the gas tank, you must remove the fuel filler tube and then lower the tank down and remove it. You can then pour the gas out the hole where the filler tube is inserted in it.

Gas tanks do not have drain plugs thankfully, or thieves could easily drain your gas tank in these high fuel cost times.  If you wanted to drain the tank, you'd either need to siphon the tank, or if you have access to a lift, you could carefully drop the tank.

NO the fuel tank does not have a drain plug. If your fuel pump still works you could disconnect the fuel line in the engine compartment, attach some sort of hose to the fuel line and transfer the fuel in the tank to a spare gas can / container. Use a container designed for fuel not just a bucket. When you tunr the car to the "ON" position the fuel pump will run and pump fuel out.  Please be careful ! This can make a flammable mess really quickly. NOTE: 40 years of messing with cars and no, I don't do it professionally.
