2006 Monte Carlo Ambient Temp Sensor Replacement

Where is the ambient temp sensor located in a 2006 Monte Carlo and how do I REPLACE IT.

the intake air temperature sensor is located in between the mass air flow sensor and the air filter. Its the sensor in the plastic tube that connects the two
