Ever Since I Changed My Spark Plugs My Equinox Has Been Misfiring.

Did you replace the wires back to their correct spark plug? Very easy to mix up the wires unless you label them before removing them from the plugs. And make sure they go all the way on to the plug. You should hear a pop or a suction type of sound when you push them onto the plug.

Did you check the gap on the plugs? Most plugs are pre-gapped, but once and awhile they are off. Recheck the plug gaps to be sure they are correct.

Did you tighten the plugs enough? General rule is finger tight and then use a wrench to tighten them another 1/2 to 2/3rds of a turn. 

Did you buy the correct plugs for your engine? Not only should they be the correct number plug, they should also be the correct heat range for your engine. I doubt if that's the problem, but if all else fails, ask your local auto parts store to look up the correct one for your vehicle.
