2005 Battery Dead & No Power

On a 2005 Impala, the car is dead. Battery won't start car. Lights flash, ignition keeps beeping even when key is out, dash panel flashes. A ticking happens like power then no power, then power. Drove car fine and two hours later dead. What can cause this problem? The battery and alternator tested good. Thank for your help
