When I Put More Gas In 2005 Chevy Equinox. Jerking

did a computer test. state no motor issuses. only happens when i but more gas in vehicle. i start driving down the road and start jerking like it wants to stop. then i press the gas peddle to go a little fster and iyt stops and no more issuse til i but gas in again i have upgraded the gas and put lucious gas treatment and still does
