2004 Chevy Express Van 2500 4.8l Won't Stay Running...

As you can see in the title heading, I have a 04 Express with the 4.8L engine that won't stay running. When you turn the key to start the vehicle, it fires right up, then dies within a few seconds. I thought maybe the fuel pump was bad in it so i replaced it with a brand new one. But still the same problem is occurring. Can anyone please give me some insight on what the issue could possibly be.

A bad electric sensor can only occur on a car with a fuel injection system. Under this scenario, one of the electronic sensors has gone bad and is causing the car's computer to malfunction and improperly calculate the amount of fuel the engine needs.
