Dash Lights Dont Turn On Everytime Dimer Is Not Working, Lights Are Out On Som

cluster lites flicker when turning on .and sometimes dont come on at all, lites are out on dimer control and dont work. i can turn the key to the on then the off postion a few times and the cluster lites finally stay on .
