Outside Mirror Adjustment Buttons On Left Door

Are the outside mirror adjustment buttons on the left door controlled by a fuse, mine have suddenly stopped working except for the folding in and out, and the automated key setting. The fine tuning is not working -- I am thinking it is a fuse?
