03 Tahoe When I Accelerate Volume Goes Up When I Drop Speed Volume Goes Down?

Volume of the engine? If so, it's supposed to do that. If volume of the audio, there might be a problem with the electronic wiring, best to get this checked by an electrician. Might be a simple case of misspliced wires or something more dangerous.
