Wont Start When Outside Temperature Drops Below 70º?

I have an 03 s-10 zr2, for some reason when the outside temperature drops below 70º and the truck sits for a day, it will crank over no problem but wont fire? When its cranking over, I let go of the key (back to run position ) and most time it will "chug" for a couple seconds then die! Have replaced every sensor I could think of, plugs, wires, cap and rotor are fairly new. Anybody have an idea? And yes the fuel is good, never run it below a quarter tank, pressure is good.....
