Where Is The Safety Switch For Fuel Pump Located At?

If you mean the fuel cutoff switch (or inertia switch), your car doesn't have one. If you are having a fuel problem, the first thing to do is to check your fuel pump fuse and/or relay. If one of those are blown, your car will not start.
The second thing to try is to replace the fuel filter. It's usually located under the car, along the driver's side frame rail. A dirty fuel filter will make your car hard to start and can even cause it to stall while you are driving down the road.
If that doesn't work, then your fuel pump is bad. That's located in the gas tank. Not too hard to do. Buy a repair manual and you can do it yourself.
