What Does The Oil Change And Check Sensor Look Like In A 2002 Chevy Impala

In your dashboard, under the RPM meter. There is a small LCD screen called message centre. Oil change sine will show their as and oil pain symbol. SInce this car is very old so do not rely on this sensor and just remember the milage when u last change oil. My advice is to change it after 4000km because engine is too old to perform as newer models. Oil gets dirty quickly. change oil and fuel filter together. Synthetic or Conventional oil does not matter for as long u changing it or topping it up regularly.

You must be talking about Check engine light. Again it will come on the right side of message centre. when there is any problem.
