If you're referring as to where to add plain drinkable water into the Impala, then the right place to put it is in the Engine Compartment; on the right on the Coolant Reservoir Tank located on the Passenger Side of the vehicle (the big yellow jug) just pop open the cap and put some water in it.

WARNING: Adding only water in the Coolant Reservoir Cap can be dangerous, the engine could overheat if you only put water in it. Be sure to put in DEX-COOL coolant along with the water to help prevent engine overheating.
