2001 S-10 Overheated The Oil Pressure Won't Regulate

The radiator on the s10 was busted and we didnt know it. My son was driving it and said that the truck shut off. The radiator was 1/2 full of water when I got to it. we put a new radiator in the truck and it seemend great. Today I was driving it and the truck shut off, was hard to crank, oil pressure wouldn't regulate and now it won't ctank at all - It sounds like you are trying to crank it with the spark plug wires off.
