Turn Signal Problem

My left rear turn signal has power to it because it lights up but when you turn the signal switch on, it does not blink. I changd the relay but stll wont work. What could be the problem?

Hi there, the problem is a bad "Earth", rust generally breaks the conductiveness and the solution is to undo the whole indicator fitting, clean it properly and clean the space for the indicator globe socket socket, especially the holes where it is screwed into the body and make sure the screws are rust free, reconnect and should be fine.
