Can You Hardwire A 2001 - Express 3500 Panel Van Without A Harness

I have tried 3 manu. of OEM tee connector harnesses but neither work on a 2001 - express 3500 .. Where can I find the instructions to hardwire - ie strip and solder my wires into a 9 wire factory feed to back of van.
