Blinkers For 2001 Chevy Cavalier

My hazards work but not my blinkers, I have replaced all fuses and the turn signal arm. Nothing has worked is there anything I can .

Make sure your blinker fluid is completely full. The dipstick for checking fluid level is located under the passenger seat.
