I Have A Question About My 2ooo Prizm Radio

I Can T Get My Cd Player To Work, I Cleaned It Out W/air & Cd Disk Cleaner, What Else Can I Do ? The Radio Do Work But Really Miss The Cd Player, Thank You For Your Help !!!
