Possible Fuel Problem

i have a 3500 chevy express passenger van will not start but it starts for only a second replaced fuel filter pump is good all kinds of pressure at the rail will run with starting fluid

Hi! This sounds like a jam somewhere in the fuel system causing overpressure. Either you check the whole system or get it checked by someone else.
