How Do I Put The Top Down On A 1999 Z24 Convertible Cavalier?

I just bought it and I am not sure how the top comes down. I found the latch release button but where is the button to bring it down?

its not a button same latch release pull it backwards towards rear of car down goes top to raise push it forward
