Bolt Centercap On Rim? Impossible To Get Off

There is a strange big bolt centercap in my rim that i cant get off.too the lugnuts off but now i cant get the big bolt lokkimg thing off what is it ???helppp please ive beeen trying for days.

There are two styles of stock center caps for those GM put out. One just pops off and should have a little groove on its edge that a flathead screw driver can fit into to pry it loose. The other has exposed black plastic lug coverings. They unscrew from the lug nuts and thats all that is holding the centercap on
