I Have A 97 Chevy Lumina,i've Replaced Fuel Pump,02sensor,spark Plugs,fuel Filte

All in the last five months.it shuts off while driving.this the crazy part if it's 80degrees or higher outside car will jerk and cut off at least 3 times with in a half mile drive. If it's 70degrees on lower outside car will jerk and cut off after 1 1/2 miles of driving wat does that mean and wat could the problem be
