Please Help Me Fix My Car 94chevylumina2d? It Wont Start..

it could be the fuel problem because, when i try to start/crank the engine looks like the gas is not going through.. i dont kow where to start fixing.... fuel pump.fuel relay,fuelfilter or etc.....plese tell me what todo? so i can work for my car.....
