Can you turn a manual transmission to an automatic in the 93 chevy cavalier coupe ? And how much would it run for ?

No, but you can swap out transmisions. Its expensive and hard work. Im including an excerpt from a discussion in edmunds where someone explains what they had to do to do what you want to do.
