Loan That Was Negotiated Payment
My husband took a payday loan out with Check N Go approx. spring of 2015. Shortly thereafterhe was diagnosed with cancer, given 12-24 months. He had cancer surgery, however our health insurance had been taken from us and shortly after the surgery suffered a major heart attack. So everything financially went to hell in a handbasket. I immediately called check n go and informed then of the situation and negotiated a payoff which I was clearly told it wud be reported paid in full because of our medical circumstances. I now find out that is not the case and I need to know how to rectify this.
