HI U DOING...I BOOKED  2 TICKETS  BY  CHEAPTICKETS.COM...NOW  I  WANT  TO  CANCEL  IT....CAN  I  DO  THAT...AND  IS IT  REFOUNDABLE??

You may to call the Cheap Tickets customer service line.  Usually they will not give you your money back, but they may give you a voucher for use in the future.
