Cannot Cancel Non-prepaid Hotel Booking. No Record Under Trip Details. Help!
On 27.11.13, I made a non-prepaid (free cancellation) booking for Hotel Evergreen Laurel Penang for 14.12.13 for 4 rooms. Would like to cancel the booking but cannot do so because no records under 'My Trip' details. Please advise on how I can cancel the booking. Thank you for your kind assistance.
