How Do I Continue Making Payments After My Father Passed On The Property?
my father passed and he was purchasing a home thru chase home financing,I am his only heir and i want to continue to live there and make the payments,I would like to know how can i keep the property without refinancing....

leave the place in his name and just keep sending the payments on that account they don't care who's name is on the check. the only problem is if you get behind you might get in a jam but since your the only heir his property reverts to you including any equity he has in his place.and this could all be straitened out at that time
