Box Makes Clicking Noise Thru Tv And Getting Worse. Any Help?

0ne box makes terrible clicking noise thru tv since installed 2mo's ago. It's getting worse and can't hear the show. Tried recycling and all help tips online. Cannot call customer service now cuz cell broke. Is there an email address? I feel i received defective equipment because the other box on other tv is fine.

Sorry but there's not email address for customer service. All they have is a phone number ((855) 757-7328). You'll have to find an alternate phone to call from.
