Buyout Check

Spectrum told me they would buy me out of my contract with DirectV if I switched to them. I switched on 2/07/17. I filled out the buyout form, sent in my final bill from DirectV and still have not heard from Charter Communications or received a check. I would like to receive some communication from Charter as to why I have not received my check yet.
