SirensRnotAmyth was correct they do have a number for email support , however the tech support doesn't support IMAP email . If they tech
support doens't support it then it must be something they offer but the
techs just won't help with IMAP. If you login to your web based centurylink
email and cilck the big EMAIL link button and go into prefrences then on the left pane select "add external account" you can add an account and IMAP and POP3 or your choices for the account type . This sounds like
IMAP support is only for external accounts . I"m still looking into it
