If The Ship Is To Arrive In Port At 8am,

My fried's ship "Carnival Splendor" is to arrive in NY, NY 12th AVE at 8AM, on October 8th. What lead time in hours do I have, and at what time will passangers be departing the ship? Your help would be appreciated. Regards, Jeffrey A Kametz
