I Purchased A Car That Had Damage!!

Please advise what are my options, I purchased a infiniti g37 convertible 2009 with 11,000 miles that had a clean Carfax. i discovered that the car had major damage on the car in 2009 when the car only had 700 miles. i want to return the car and I want my money back and all of the money returned that had been paid on this car. Which is $12,000.00 or a replacement car that is really free a clear.

My advice is to return the vehicle to the dealer 1st asking them to compensate you for selling you a car that had been damaged. If they try to put it on Carfax then you tell them that they will have to work that out with CarFax because you didn't purchase the car from CarFax. Be firm but respectful.
