Card Was Never Received In Mail And I Can Not Get Access To Online Account
need new card it never came, can not get online access it keeps asking for card number....help

It usually takes 7 to 10 days of your application. If you're approved, you'll receive your Capital One card, credit limit information, and welcome materials by mail within 7 to 10 business days. If its more then the turn around time, you can check the status of your application anytime by calling 1-800-903-9177.
