How do I transfer recorded video from my internal drive to the SD memory cards?

Video is not the same; is it flash, avi, mk, or what? This will determine the size and if it will fit on an SD. What size is the SD. Can it hold what you want to put on it? You can use a free download of Koyote Software to change a file from one type to another, such as flv to mp2, which can make it smaller and fit on “some” SD cards. I need more information to help you futher!
