How To Airprint Ipad2 Documents Using My Canon Pixma Mx870 Inkjet Printer?

I read that "FingerPrint" software can "AirPrint" iPad2 documents. I bought the program but found that it did not work. My iPad2, however, is connected to my MX870. But, each time I try to print, this message "You do not have permission to use this printer" shows up and I am unable to print. Is there any other way I can "AirPrint" my iPad2 documents on the MX870?
